02. How We Use Your Information

03. Consent & Marketing Communications (CASL)

By submitting your contact details through a form on the Site, you provide express consent to be contacted by Shrine Realty Brokerage Ltd. as described above. In keeping with CASL:

• Every commercial electronic message we send identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe.
• You may withdraw your consent or opt out at any time — reply "STOP" to text messages, use the "unsubscribe" link in our emails, or contact us using the details in Section 11. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect transactional messages necessary to complete a request you have made.

• Website hosting and email/SMS delivery providers — to host the Site and deliver the communications you request.

These third parties operate under their own privacy policies. Accessing external links or embedded services is subject to those providers' terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose personal information only:

• To our real estate professionals and staff who need it to assist you;
• To the service providers described in Section 05, for the purposes described in this Policy;
